TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you understand and agree to the details below.

General guidelines :

  • I have all rights to decline a commission.

  • If you commission me, you are expected to respond within 1 week for any inquiries. Lack of response will result in your commission not being prioritized.

  • You must credit my work by linking my Twitter or my Bluesky accounts.

Usage :

  • Use of my work for AI learning material is strictly prohibited.

  • I retain all the rights to my work wich include : distribution, using as sample, etc...

Process :

  • I will start to work on the commission after receiving the first payment.

  • You will be provided progression shots at important stages of the commission and you will be able to get progress shots upon request.

  • Some minor changes can be done free of charge. Major changes will count as a revision.

  • Once the commission is completed, a low-resolution product will be sent as proof. The final delivery will be made upon full payment.

Payment :

  • Payment can be done in either USD or Euro.

  • Payment will be done through PayPal invoice.

  • Half of the payment will be done upon commission request and the other half after the commission has been finished. The product will be sent once payment is fully completed.

Refunds & canceling :

  • You will be provided a full refund if I'm unable to finish the commission.

  • You will be refunded depending of the progress of the commission if you decide to cancel.

  • There will be no refund if you cancel after I complete the commission.

Revisions :

  • The price of a revision may vary depending on the complexity of that said revision. You will be informed of the price upon making a request.

  • Every changes requested after base coloring process will count as a revision.

COMMISSIONS

Prices will stay low until I get enough experience to increase them.
